Tim installed all of the roman and roller shades in our new home and did a fantastic job - the finished product looks very polished and high quality. From the start of the process, he was very professional in his communication and made it easy for me envision what would look best. He came to the house with a bunch of samples/options, gave me his professional opinions but also wasn't too pushy and listened to what I wanted. The custom window treatments came quickly from when we placed the order and he set it all up in one day very efficiently. He even offered to put complimentary temporary blinds up before we moved in to help keep the heat out, which was so kind and helped establish a strong relationship and trust. He offered to also help with other things around the house and was a generally very friendly person. Would highly recommend!
